Listening to client instructions, preparing a detailed brief, studying needs and function at all levels of the organisation and conducting a comprehensively survey of the intended space.
Developing ideas and preliminary proposals for general discussion with the client.
Preparing and presenting a comprehensive presentation in the form of layouts visuals and material samples, including preliminary budgets and programming.
Preparing a comprehensive set of service and detailed drawings, specifications and schedules of finishes. Leasing with local authorities, landlords and others. Supervising tendering for all works and negotiating contracts. (As consultants we undertake to pass on all negotiated discounts to our clients).
Supervising all works on site throughout the programme, holding regular site meetings and monitoring costs and programme. Maintaining a high standard of workmanship whilst ensuring minimum impact on the client’s business.
Inspecting works on completion to ensure that all outstanding works are corrected in good time. Agreeing the final accounts on behalf of the client.
